It can help clarify what you're trying to accomplish, organize ideas, identify unresolved decisions, and work out practical next steps.

Use it for things like:

The GCA Controlled Document Builder works from the information you provide and helps turn notes, source material, existing drafts, or other inputs into clearer structured documents.

It is designed around a defined build role rather than open-ended generation.

Use it for things like:

  • Working from provided source material
  • Improving organization and clarity

Its job is to build from the material it is given. Not decide the project for you.

GCA Auditor

Review the work without becoming the authority over it.

The GCA Auditor examines existing work and surfaces what deserves attention.

It can identify strengths, gaps, contradictions, unsupported claims, risks, unclear direction, and unresolved issues.

Use it for things like:

  • Reviewing a draft before moving forward
  • Finding contradictions or missing pieces
  • Identifying unsupported claims
  • Surfacing risks and unresolved issues
  • Getting structured feedback on existing work

Its job is to review. Not silently rewrite the work or make the final decision for you.

Why three different agents?

Because different responsibilities need different behavior.

A planning system should not quietly become the builder.

A builder should not decide whether its own work is correct.

An auditor should not become the authority that approves what it reviews.

Separating those responsibilities creates clearer roles, more predictable behavior, and fewer chances for one system to take over work it was never meant to control.
